Facility Management
The formica GmbH takes over the following tasks in connection with the technical staff of the hotels:
- Coordination of all tasks in the area of facility management in hotel facilities
- Participation in the negotiation and conclusion of contracts in the technical field
- Participation in the coordination and supervision of maintenance companies
- Coordination of expert and expert examinations
- Taking on the role of contact and consultant for hotel technicians, directors and authorities
- Assistance in monitoring technical standards
- Support and advice for the hotels in all technical matters
- Contact person for the preparation of the annual budget in the technical area
- Inclusion of hotels in formica’s framework agreements
- ongoing optimization of the costs of maintenance contracts
- Participation in checking the running costs (electricity/water/district heating etc.)
New construction and renovation
The formica GmbH takes over the project management of the hotel-specific interior design according to HOAI LPH 6-9, as well as support in the planning phase; but no planning services:
- Participation/support in the planning phase, but no planning service
- Preparation of contract award
- Assisting award process
- Project supervision
- Project control and documentation
