Facility Management

The formica GmbH takes over the following tasks in connection with the technical staff of the hotels:

  • Coordination of all tasks in the area of facility management in hotel facilities
  • Participation in the negotiation and conclusion of contracts in the technical field
  • Participation in the coordination and supervision of maintenance companies
  • Coordination of expert and expert examinations
  • Taking on the role of contact and consultant for hotel technicians, directors and authorities
  • Assistance in monitoring technical standards
  • Support and advice for the hotels in all technical matters
  • Contact person for the preparation of the annual budget in the technical area
  • Inclusion of hotels in formica’s framework agreements
  • ongoing optimization of the costs of maintenance contracts
  • Participation in checking the running costs (electricity/water/district heating etc.)

New construction and renovation

The formica GmbH takes over the project management of the hotel-specific interior design according to HOAI LPH 6-9, as well as support in the planning phase; but no planning services:

  • Participation/support in the planning phase, but no planning service
  • Preparation of contract award
  • Assisting award process
  • Project supervision
  • Project control and documentation
